Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person, Valerie Elouise Parham. She is a 57-year-old female Black who was last seen on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at 10:45 a.m. on the 2200 block of East Washington Boulevard in the city of Altadena.
Valerie is 5'03" tall, 145lbs., brown eyes, black/gray long braided hair and a scar on her forehead. She was last seen wearing gray and white pajamas.
Ms.Parham is diagnosed with dementia and suffers from strokes and epilepsy. Her family is concerned for her well-being and asking for the public’s help.
