Monmouth County DPW is milling and paving Navesink Avenue, between State Highway 36 and Hartshorne Road. Milling to occur on Friday April 8th, and Paving on Monday April 11th. Hard closure to start at 6pm and ends at 6am. Residents will be allowed to access their residences.
