Every 15 Minute Program occurring at Rancho Cotate High School. 
We are currently conducting the Every 15 Minute Program at Rancho Cotate High School. There will be heavy law enforcement presence for the next hour including Henry 1 (the helicopter). There is no emergency at the high school. This program is designed to educate students to the dangers of drinking and driving.
