Jamie Harrison Arrowood, age 36, is the white male captured on video from last month. Arrowood was arrested and charged with Breaking/Entering and Larceny After Breaking/Entering.

Investigators with the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a subject captured on video at Republic Services GDS located at 141 Fairground Road in Spindale.
