SUMMARY:
On April 2, 2022, deputies from the Twin Peaks Sheriff's Station responded to a report of the possible molestation of a 14-year-old female. The investigation revealed Brian Shaun Warner, a 38-year-old resident of Arrowbear, first met the now 14-year-old victim as a student in his fifth-grade class. The investigation also revealed Warner and the victim engaged in unlawful acts with one another. It is believed Warner has not been employed as a teacher since 2020.
A search warrant was served at Warner’s residence, and he was subsequently arrested for P.C. 288(C)(1) Lewd or Lascivious Acts with a Child Age 14 or 15, and P.C. 288.3(A) Contacting Minor With Intent To Commit Certain Felonies.
Warner was booked in at the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Central Detention Center, in lieu of $100,000 bail.
