* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northern New Jersey...including the following county...Somerset.

* WHEN...Until 130 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 927 PM EDT, flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly across portions of the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen this evening. This is on top of what fell earlier today. - For Lamington River at Burnt Mills: At 8:45pm the stage was 10.1 feet. Flood Stage is 11 feet. ... For West Branch Middle Brook at Martinsville: At 9:15pm the stage was 5.13 feet. Flood Stage is 6 feet. ... For North Branch Raritan River at North Branch: At 9:15pm the stage was 11.58 feet. Flood Stage is 12.3 feet. ... For North Branch Raritan River at Raritan: At 9:15pm the stage was 8.2 feet. Flood Stage is 10 feet. ...
