* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 936 PM EDT, Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly across portions of the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen this evening. This is on top of what fell earlier today. - For Whippany River at Morristown: At 9:10pm the stage was 6.39 feet. Flood Stage is 6 feet. - This includes the following highways... Interstate 287 in New Jersey between mile markers 36 and 39. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
