Flood Warning until 02:52PM Sunday

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...East Branch Delaware At Harvard.

* WHEN...From Friday morning to early Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Minor flood stage. Low lying roads along the river from Downsville to East Branch begin to flood. At 11.0 feet, Harvard Road, Fox Lane and Harvard Cemetery Road become impassable in spots due to increasing river flooding. Camp cottage properties along Route 30 flood. At 12.0 feet, Moderate Flood Stage. Between 12 and 15 feet, river flooding begins at the Oxbow Campground in Harvard. Significant backwater flooding from Baxter Brook is also likely. Residences along Harvard Road and Route 30 from Harvard to East Branch are threatened.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 7.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to a crest of 12.3 feet tomorrow evening.
