* WHERE...A portion of central New York, including the following county, Delaware.

* WHEN...Until 1230 PM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of East Branch of the Delaware River, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 420 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Rain has ended but the East Branch of the Delaware River will continue to rise below the Peepacton Reservoir. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
