* IMPACTS...Flooding of the West Branch of the Delaware River as shown by the river gauge in Delhi. River levels are falling further upstream in Hobart.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 536 AM EDT, Gauge reports indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area.
