* WHERE...A portion of northern New Jersey...including the following county...Morris.

* WHEN...Until 845 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Streams continue to run high due to excess runoff from rainfall last evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 619 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain fell last night. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain fell. - For Whippany River at Morristown: At 6:10am the stage was 6.32 feet. Flood Stage is 6 feet. - This includes the following highways... Interstate 287 in New Jersey between mile markers 35 and 39. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

* AFFECTED AREAS: MORRIS, NJ
