* IMPACTS...Flooding of East Branch of the Delaware River, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1229 PM EDT, Between 2 and 3 inches of rain fell yesterday and overnight. The East Branch of the Delaware River will continue to remains above flood stage below Pepacton Reservoir. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
