The Kern County Sheriff’s Office is seeking public assistance in locating at-risk missing person, JAVIER FIGUEROA. JAVIER was last seen April 8th, 2022, at about 1:00 a.m. at the 1400 block of Mount Vernon Avenue, wearing a white shirt, white shorts, black shoes, and in possession of a blue “COOKIES” backpack. JAVIER also has a “Blessed” tattoo on his right forearm.
