Projected crest of the Passaic River by the National Weather Service for this weekend. Please see attached e-mail. 
Due to the heavy rainfall the township experienced over the last few days, the National Weather Service is projecting the Passaic River to crest around 2 a.m. on Sunday, 4/10 to 20.4 feet. If the river reaches this level, expect roadway closures, such as Horseneck Road between Big Piece Road and Montville, due to flooding. Do NOT drive into flooded roadways or around a barricade as water could be deeper than it appears.
