** UPDATE: Subject has been located safe** NTPD is responding to a report of an 18 year old female named Sarah that fled from Hawthorn Center staff in the area of Traditions and Haggerty at the U of M Health Center. Sarah is an Arab female with lightskin and long black hair, wearing white jacket, black pants and pink shoes. Sarah was last seen going northbound through the parking lot of the U of M Health Center.
