Critical conditions rapidly redevelop Sunday morning and persist through early evening, then return Monday afternoon until mid evening.
* 20 FOOT WINDS...Southwest to west 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph today, then locally up to 50 mph over ridgetops and favored east slope locations tonight. Southwest to west 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph Sunday. Southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts to around 50 mph Monday.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Over 10 hours of single digit humidities today, then widespread poor humidity recovery tonight. Around 5 to 14 percent Sunday and Monday.
* IMPACTS....Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
