* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds through and below the San Gorgonio Pass, along the I-8 grade into the desert, on the desert slopes, and locally onto the desert foothills. Another, and potentially stronger westerly wind event is possible Monday and Monday night.
