Oakland Police Chief LeRonne Armstrong addresses the violent weekend and the senseless homicide of a 15-year-old juvenile.
The Chief also briefly discusses President Joe Biden’s announcement regarding personally manufactured firearms, commonly known as ghost guns.
Last year the Oakland Police Department (OPD) recovered nearly 300 ghost guns in the city of Oakland.
