Traffic Signals Out - Imperial Hwy from Jersey to Manual Salinas (including Pioneer) 
There is a downed power line at Volunteer Ave. and Dune St. that is impacting the traffic signals at Imperial Hwy. and Jersey Ave., Imperial Hwy. and Woods Ave., Imperial Hwy. and Pioneer Blvd., Imperial Hwy. and Kalnor Ave., and Imperial Hwy. and Avenida Manuel Salinas. Traffic signals are out at all of these locations. Please treat intersectins as 4-way stops, try to avoid the area, and expect delays. Edison is aware of the issue and working on repairs but there is currently no estimated time for the completion of the work.
