On Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at approximately 1833 hours, the Readington Township Police Department received a 911 call for a possible intoxicated male in a vehicle at Bishops Plaza.  The officers responded to the location and located Peter Riccardi (36) of Whitehouse Sta. NJ. During the investigation, the officers had Riccardi preform SFST’s, which he failed. Riccardi was placed under arrest and charged with DUI.  Riccardi was released to a sober adult pending a future court appearance.  The filing of charges is a merely one step in the process. A defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
