The National Weather Service in Topeka has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from noon today to 9 PM CDT this evening. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.
* WIND...West winds sustained 15 to 20 MPH with gusts up to 35 MPH this afternoon.
* HUMIDITY...Minimum relative humidity is forecast to range from 13 to 20 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
