* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of central Indiana, including the following county, Rush.
* WHEN...Until 345 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1116 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain yesterday. Minor flooding is occurring in Flatrock River near Raleigh, upstream of Rushville. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain fell. - Flatrock River upstream of and heading toward Rushville is the most likely place to experience minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
