A message from Belmar PD: Warning, vehicle burglaries during the overnight hours. 
Over the past week, Belmar and Lake Como have experienced multiple vehicle burglaries during the overnight hours. This is a reminder to lock your vehicles. Please do not leave anything of value in your vehicle. If your vehicle requires a key fob to enter, make sure that you remove it from the vehicle when it is unoccupied.
Please contact the Belmar Police Department immediately if you observe any suspicious activity. Remember, if you see something, say something.
