West Street Reconstruction Project Update: 4/15/22-Water Outage- Franklin St., High St., & Harmon Ave. 11am-1pm. 
This is an update for the ongoing West Street Reconstruction project:
On Friday, April 15, 2022 beginning at approximately 11 am and continuing until approximately 1 pm water service on Franklin
Street, High Street and Harmon Avenue will be shut off to allow the existing old water mains to be cut and capped in preparation for replacing the old water main on West Street.
Once water is restored, water users may experience a brief change in water color and/or pressure. This is a common, temporary occurrence and is not a cause for alarm.
We apologize for any inconvenience, as work continues on this important construction project.
The City will issue periodic project updates or changes via Nixle PSA as needed.
