Last seen in the aea of Ridge and North Territorial Rd. at 0720 this morning. Kamal is wearing a gray hoodie and blue jeans and carrying a black and gray backpack. He may be headed somewhere to access wi-fi on his laptop. Kamal has ADHD and can be very impulsive.
