* WHAT...East winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts to 40 mph. However, the Mountains and Foothills will have gusts up to 55 mph expected.

* WHERE...In Tennessee, Sullivan and Northwest Carter Counties. In Virginia, Russell and Washington VA Counties.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to noon EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Campers need to be alert to the potential of strong and gusty winds. Make certain your tent or camper is secured properly.
