Winter Storm Warning until 08:00PM Monday

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 7 inches and ice accumulations of up to one quarter of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...In Maryland, Garrett and Extreme Western Allegany Counties. In West Virginia, Western Mineral County.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Travel may be difficult to nearly impossible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow will fall in western Allegany, western Mineral and eastern Garrett counties, while the heaviest ice will occur in western Garrett County.

* AFFECTED AREAS: GARRETT ... EXTREME WESTERN ALLEGANY ... WESTERN MINERAL
