* WHEN...Until 700 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 300 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Toms River, Long Branch, Asbury Park, Lakewood, Middletown, Jackson, Howell, Marlboro, Manalapan, Barnegat, Tinton Falls, and Holmdel. - This includes the following highways...
