INCIDENT: PC 496D(A)-Possession of Stolen Vehicle, CVC 10851-Grand Theft Auto, and HS 11364(a)-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
LOCATION: 22000 block of Forest Drive in Valley of Enchantment
SUSPECT(S): Trista Mullaney, 32-year-old resident of Crestline
SUMMARY: On Friday, April 15, 2022, deputies from the Twin Peaks Station conducted a traffic stop of a stolen vehicle, at the intersection of Highway 138 and Crest Forest in Crestline. Trista Mullaney was identified as the driver of the vehicle. Deputies located drug paraphernalia during a vehicle search.
Mullaney was arrested for violating PC 496D(A) Possession of stolen vehicle, CVC 10851 Grand theft auto, and HS 11364(A) Possession of drug paraphernalia. Mullaney was booked at Central Detention Center.
