Delays on Hargrave due to pole swap and system upgrades 
Banning Electric Utility will be working on Hargrave Street from Indian School down to Ramsey St. This work may cause delays on the road, so please plan accordingly. We will be exchanging electric poles and performing system upgrades. THis work may continue through the end of the year.
