Incident Details: UPDATE **** JUVENILE LOCATED **** CANCEL BOLO **** AT RISK JUVENILE WITH MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES. Runaway Juvenile is a Payton Horne 16 year old white female 503 120 lbs. Dyed purple and blue hair with blue eyes. Juvenile was last seen wearing a black shirt with slashers on it and black shorts. She was last seen on April 20th at 5pm in the City of Palm Springs.
