* WHERE...Portions of north central Kansas and central, east central and south central Nebraska.
* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until 7 AM CDT this morning. For the Blowing Dust Advisory, until 5 AM CDT early this morning.
* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility. Damaging winds may blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
