* Flash Flood Warning for... Southwestern Sutton County in west central Texas...

* Until 945 AM CDT.

* At 642 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.75 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... The Intersection Of Us-277 And Ranch Road 189 and Us-277 Near The Sutton-Edwards County Line. This includes the following streams and drainages... Dry Devils River and Devils River.
