The brush and yard waste collection schedule for wards 5-8 will resume the week of May 2nd.   Wards 1-4 collection will continue beginning the week of May 9th.

The new entrance road/drop-off location is now open. See attached map. City residents must first sign in and get a key from the Central Garage office at 18 Silas Lane (use the entrance door clearly labeled “Yard Waste Disposal Sign In Here”)  and must then lock the gate upon leaving and return the key to Central Garage. The gate to the old entrance will be locked.  The Central Garage is closed for all holidays observed by the City of Oneonta. Only brush and yard waste conforming to the same specifications as that which is collected by City crews is allowed (see above). No household items, trash, lumber, rocks, dirt, firewood, or foreign objects.
