McDowell County Sheriff’s Office Detective Richard Pittman charged 52-year-old Kevin Gordon Elliot of Marion with First Degree Burglary and Larceny After Breaking or Entering. He was given a $120,000 secured bond.
On April 2nd vacationers reported Elliot had entered a Marion house they were renting in the early morning hours and removed items from the home.
