* WHEN...From Wednesday morning to early Tuesday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 25.5 feet, State Route P east of Elsberry begins flooding just east of the levee.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 24.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to a crest of 25.8 feet Thursday evening. It will then fall below flood stage Monday morning. - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
