TRAFFIC ALERT- ROAD CLOSURE:: Mt. Diablo Blvd. at First Street (east Bound turn lanes onto North Bound First Street) the access to the on-ramp to E/B Hwy 24 from this direction will be closed due to a water main break. EBMUD is on site, expected to repoen roadway at approximately 4:30pm.
