Investigators Arrest Man In Sexual Assault 
Investigators with the Child Abuse Unit have arrested and charged 56-year-old Thomas Fox, W/M 10/3/1965, with aggravated sexual assault of a child under 14.
The male complainant, who is now an adult, disclosed when he was a middle school student , the longtime Cypress Fairbanks ISD employee sexually abused him.
The male stated to investigators, the teacher began inappropriately touching him, which later progress to sexual encounters.
Fox was a family friend and teacher/ mentor to the student.
The victim came forward after seeking counseling.
Child Abuse Prevention month and Sexual Assault Awareness Month, April is an opportunity to bring awareness to two extremely important causes.
