No explosive device found at Battery Creek High School. Identity of subject who made threat under investigation 
At around noon, Wednesday, April 27, 2022, a bomb threat was received by staff at Battery Creek High School.
After students and staff safely evacuated, Sheriff's Office deputies and a K9 searched the school for an explosive device.
At approximately 3:00 p.m., deputies concluded the search. No explosive device was found.
The identity of the subject who made the threat is under investigation.
