TRAFFIC ALERT

900 acres have been burning due to a perscribed burn. Due to the weather, the smoke did not lift off the surface and has covered I-59.
This event has made it unsafe to travel on I-59 and the interstate has been shut down from North Enterprise to the I-59/I-20 split (North and South bound lanes). The Interstate will remain losed until the smoke lifts and the interstate is safe to travel. Please use alternate routes of travel!
