Wildwood Crest Police responded to reports of swimmers in distress in the area of Cardinal Rd. & the beach. Dsg. Mulholland,and Officers on scene were aided by Wildwood Fire/Rescue to assist three swimmers safely back to shore. As a reminder, the beaches of Wildwood Crest are not yet patrolled by lifeguards and caution should be used when entering the ocean.
