REMINDER: PARKING RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT 
It is finally May and Parking Restrictions are officially in effect.
All vehicles parked within the restricted area must display a valid 2022 beach area parking permit. Vehicles parked within the restricted area without a valid beach area parking permit are subject to being ticketed and / or impounded.
Residents are eligible for one (1) vehicle parking sticker at no cost when home association dues are paid. Additional vehicle stickers are available for purchase at $35 each.
Town Hall Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 3:00pm
If you are unable to stop into town hall during these hours, please call us. We will do our best to assist you with getting your parking permits.
Golf Cart permits are $35.
Watercraft permits are $20. These permits are REQUIRED if you plan to leave your watercraft on the beach.
