Animal abuse suspect in Duarte turns himself over to authorities 
A man that had been on caught on camera abusing his dog turned himself into L.A. County Sheriff's Deputies this morning, April 29th.
Footage of the man's abuse of his dog in the parking lot behind a business in Duarte was caught by security cameras on the property. The incident is believed to have taken place Monday night.
L.A. County Sheriff's Deputies immediately began investigating the incident upon notification. The suspect turned himself into authorities during the course of the investigation.
The dog is being treated by local animal control.
