* WHEN...From 2 PM to 11 PM PDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. A few power outages are possible. Blowing dust is expected reducing visibility at times to around 1 mile.
* AFFECTED AREAS: SOUTHEASTERN ELKO COUNTY
