OWI 4th Arrest 
On 5/02/22, at 2:34 AM, a Janesville officer was on Center Avenue near Nicolet St and observed the vehicle had license plates that were not associated to the vehicle and was expired. The officer made the traffic stop in the area of Center Ave near Nicolet St in the City of Janesville. Contact was made with the driver, identified by his Wisconsin ID Card. Michael was taken in to custody due to a warrant through the Rock County Sherriff’s Office. During the contact, the officer noticed signs of intoxication. After conducting standardized field sobriety tests (SFST’s), Michael was taken in to custody for operating while intoxicated. Michael showed three (3) prior OWI convictions on his driving record. He was arrested for his fourth (4th) OWI and submitted to a legal blood draw. He was transported to the Rock County Jail where he is currently being held on the felony charge until his initial court appearance.
