INCIDENT: HN 655(B) - DUI Watercraft - Boating Under the Influence
HN 655(C) - DUI Watercraft over .08% BAC
LOCATION: Colorado River-Bermuda Palms Earp, CA
SUSPECT(S): Bryant Ruiz, 35-years-old, Resident of Long Beach, CA
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Saturday, April 30, 2022, at approximately 6:23 p.m., deputies contacted Bryant Ruiz on the Colorado River near Bermuda Palms on a boat stop. Ruiz was in violation of HN 655(B)- DUI Watercraft and HN 655(C)- DUI Watercraft over .08% BAC. Ruiz was arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking where he was later issued a citation and released from the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a future court date.
