* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 8.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.0 feet tomorrow morning. At this time, this rise is expected to be brief, and the river could likely fall back below flood stage in less than 24 hours.
