* WHERE...Portions of eastern Arkansas and north central Arkansas, including the following areas, in eastern Arkansas, Lawrence and Randolph. In north central Arkansas, Fulton, Izard, Sharp, Stone and Van Buren County Higher Elevations.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rain fell earlier Monday Evening in portions of the watch area causing flash flooding and some rises on area creeks and rivers.
