INCIDENT: PC 647.6(A)(1) - Annoy/Molest Child under 18 Years of Age
LOCATION: 1900 Block of Clary Drive, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Michael Prindle, 49-years-old, Resident of Sacramento, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Saturday, April 30, 2022, at approximately 8:46 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department contacted Michael Prindle near the 1900 block of Clary Drive during a call for service. Through investigation, it was determined Prindle was in violation of PC 647.6(A)(1) - Annoy/Molest a Child under 18 Years of Age. Prindle was also found to have a no bail warrant out of Sacremento for violation of parole.
Prindle was arrested and transported to the High Desert Detention Center for booking. Prindle remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with no bail, awaiting a court hearing.
