DETAILS:  The Amarillo Police need the community’s help in locating 2 kidnapped and endangered children.  The baby is Arabella Heins, birthday 02/21/2022 – born with syphilis and without proper treatment, can be life threatening.  The boy is Greyson Heins, birthday 08/12/2019. Photos are attached to this release.
 
They were taken by their biological mother, Kayla Heins, white female, birthday 10/16/1995 and Rashad Karim Abdul – Karim Rashad Abdul – Abdul Rashad Karim; he uses his name in a variety of ways as different alias. DOB 12/31/1988. Photos are attached to this release.
 
There is an active protective order against Rashad for Kayla. Rashad also has prior history of child abuse against one of the children and Rashad is not supposed to be around the children.
 
These children have been reported missing through the NCMEC as well as Missouri State Police, the state they are missing from.  There is a warrant against Kayla for kidnapping 2 counts out of Missouri.
 
They were last seen at the Walmart at I40/Grand in Amarillo, on April 26th, and could still be here.  We have posted additional pictures on our Amarillo PD Facebook page showing an unidentified male  they were last seen  with the children.
